Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and her rumoured lover, Somadina Adinma, have stirred reactions online following their recent appearance together at an event.
Videos from a lively Children’s Day celebration involving primary and secondary school students recently surfaced online, showing the Nollywood stars in attendance as they enjoyed the children’s performances and joined in the fun atmosphere.
The event, reportedly hosted by Regina Daniels in Asaba, Delta State, marked the actress’s return to the public scene after a lengthy break.
Recall that Somadina Adinma, Regina Daniels’s alleged ex-boyfriend, previously spoke out amid the actress’s recent marital crisis involving her ex-husband, Ned Nwoko.
His reaction came just hours after a video of Regina Daniels surfaced online, showing the actress visibly emotional and appearing distressed. In the clip, Regina was seen being shielded by her brother from men allegedly sent by her husband.
The actress, visibly emotional and distressed, broke down as she spoke about allegedly suffering domestic abuse, expressing that the emotional burden had become too much for her to handle.
As the controversy continued to gain attention, Somadina turned to his social media account to note that his name had become a trending topic on X, formerly known as Twitter.
He also reacted to the growing conversations online, suggesting that critics and rumour spreaders were deliberately dragging him into the situation.
Regarding the pair, Legit.ng previously reported that Somadina Adinma stirred reactions online after reposting a movie project he featured in alongside actress Regina Daniels.
His action followed his response to a viral clip in which Regina made serious allegations of mistreatment involving her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, prompting him to reshare the film, which had originally been released eight months earlier.
The title of the movie being ’emergency husband’ got people talking online and give different interpretations to the message.
