A short video recorded during Bishop David Oyedepo’s arrival in Warri has sparked trending discussion online, with netizens closely examining the footage and debating what may have transpired between two of Nigeria’s most influential church leaders.
The clip, which was shared on July 17, 2026, shows Oyedepo arriving through a private jet in Warri, Delta State, ahead of the dedication of Dreamland, the newly completed auditorium of The Master’s Place International Church, Masters City.
The ministry is headed by Pastor Korede Komaiya, who went on his knees to receive the revered bishop as he made his way down the aircraft’s staircase.
Moment between Bishop Oyedepo and Pastor Fatoyinbo
Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo was also among those present to welcome Oyedepo upon his arrival and extended his hand in greeting.
However, the bishop appeared to focus on acknowledging other members of the welcoming party, leaving Fatoyinbo’s outstretched hand unanswered.
Pastor Femi Philips was equally among those who came to receive the respected cleric. From the footage, there is no clear indication that the moment was intentional.
Oyedepo seemed occupied exchanging greetings with several people around him and may simply have overlooked Fatoyinbo’s gesture amid the busy reception.
Even so, the brief interaction quickly gained traction online, with many viewers replaying and analysing the video frame by frame in an attempt to interpret what happened.
