In a video making the rounds online, Ochacho disclosed that Vodi played a role in the acquisition of the house and would officially present the property to Peller.
“You know, Seyi Vodi contributed to the house too. He is going to be the one to officially present the house to you,” Ochacho said in the clip.
Peller appeared surprised by the revelation and asked:
“He is going to present the house for me?”
Ochacho replied:
“Yes, we are together.”
Seyi Vodi is a prominent Nigerian fashion entrepreneur and luxury tailor who has built a strong reputation among celebrities and other high-profile clients.

The latest revelation comes weeks after King Ochacho, the CEO of Ochacho Group and a real estate businessman whose full name is Mohammed Odeh Adah, announced the mansion as a wedding gift to Peller and Jarvis.
The presentation took place during the couple’s wedding ceremony on Saturday, August 1.
At the time, Ochacho explained that the idea came from his sons, who wanted Peller and Jarvis to live close to Palace 7, an estate where, according to him, properties are valued at no less than N400 million.
“I and my family left everything we’re doing in Abuja to come through for Peller because Peller is an inspiration to the young generation,” Ochacho said.
He added:
“They said they want Peller to be staying close to the place. The houses that are in palace 7, no one is less than 400 million naira. Dad, Peller and Jarvis deserve the mansion.”
