The grief surrounding the death of late Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo continues to deepen as his sister Chioma has returned to Instagram with another emotionally raw tribute, sharing a throwback photograph of the two of them alongside a message that has left many heartbroken.
In the post, Chioma painted a vivid picture of the devastating toll her brother’s sudden passing has taken on her and the rest of the family, revealing that she has been unable to concentrate or coordinate her thoughts since his death.
She described the loss as the saddest reality of her life, expressing that those closest to Alexx, known to his family as Ikenna, are far from fine and remain in a state of deep shock.
Addressing her late brother directly in the post, Chioma questioned why he was chosen to leave so suddenly, describing the circumstances of his passing as a script she never anticipated and one she felt was deeply unfair.
She spoke of being left with nothing but memories and the painful reality of a goodbye that came without warning.
The heartfelt tribute has resonated deeply with fans and followers, many of whom flooded the comments section with words of comfort and solidarity for a family still visibly struggling to come to terms with an irreplaceable loss.
She wrote:
