Popular Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo Baah has died, leaving fans and members of the entertainment industry in shock.
The sad news was confirmed by her husband, Ghanaian musician Choirmaster, in an emotional Instagram post shared on Sunday, May 24.
Choirmaster mourns wife in emotional tribute
In his tribute, the musician described Beverly as his source of strength, joy, and support throughout their marriage.
Expressing his pain, he wrote:
“My heart is shattered beyond words over the death of my beloved wife, Beverly Afaglo!!!”
Choirmaster also revealed that the actress passed away just four days before her birthday.
According to him:
“It would have been just about four more days to your birthday, but I guess the Lord wanted to celebrate with you, so He called you.”
Husband promises to preserve her legacy
Reflecting on their years together, Choirmaster said every moment spent with Beverly was special and unforgettable.
He promised to continue the dreams, projects, and plans they both started together, while assuring that her memory would forever remain in his heart.
“You were my strength, my happiness, and the reason my life felt complete. I promise to take care of and continue everything we planned and started. Until my last breath, you will remain in my heart forever,” he stated.
Following the announcement, fans, colleagues, and well-wishers flooded social media with condolence messages and tributes to the late actress.
