A Delta State government aide, Ossai Ovie Success, has offered the viral UBA Graduate Trainee who went viral following her encounter with billionaire businessman Tony Elumelu a ₦500,000 financial package and an opportunity to rebuild her public image.
Ossai, who serves as Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, announced the gesture in a Facebook post.
The package includes ₦500,000 cash, return flight tickets to Asaba, five-star hotel accommodation and VIP access to the fourth edition of the Delta Social Media Summit.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the Mariam Babangida Leisure Park, opposite Dennis Osadebay University in Asaba.
The lady will also be taken on a guided tour of developmental projects across Delta State and offered an ambassadorial role with the social media summit.
Ossai said the gesture was intended to give her an opportunity to share her side of the viral controversy and “turn this pain into purpose.”
He also appealed to Nigerians to stop trolling the lady, acknowledging that while she may have made a mistake, prolonged online criticism could have serious consequences.
“Depression is real and words cut deep,” Ossai said, urging Nigerians to show compassion rather than continue attacking her.
