A Sierra Leonean, Amadu Raheem Komba Gbandeh has ignited conversations online after sharing his predictions for key UEFA Champions League quarter-final clashes.
Ahead of the second-leg fixtures on Tuesday, April 14, the man forecasted the outcomes of matches involving Paris Saint-Germain vs Liverpool and Barcelona vs Atletico Madrid.
Both Barcelona and Liverpool face tough challenges going into their respective return legs.
Barcelona, playing at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, must overturn a 2-0 deficit by winning with at least three goals to secure a semi-final spot.
Similarly, Liverpool are under pressure at Anfield after losing 2-0 in the first leg against PSG and will also need a convincing victory to progress.
Sharing his thoughts on Facebook on April 13, Gbandeh predicted that PSG would once again come out on top against Liverpool, even in their home stadium.
For the Spanish clash, he backed Barcelona to complete a comeback despite the odds.
He wrote:
“PSG will beat Liverpool again today. And for Barcelona, it will be a long walk to the semis but they will get there.”
His predictions have since generated mixed reactions online, with football fans debating whether his forecasts will come out accurate.
