A netizen has made fresh claims about the slain NURTW chieftain Toba Ajiboye Ijaya while reacting to a video of his daughter reading his tribute.
The X (formerly Twitter) user identified as @YusufAsunmogejo made reference to an incident involving one Muri in Idi Araba which he linked to Toba Ijaya. He recounted how he was brutally killed.
In addition, he mentioned some innocent students who were unjustly killed between the years of 2011, 2012, and 2023 due to lack of education.
The X user linked all these to Toba Ijaya, noting that because he was spotted sharing rice and some stuff in recent videos, people now see him as a good man.
In his words:
“How many you know Muri in Idi Araba? His stomach was sliced out. He was killed in front of my friend. He was tied on the electric pole.
Innocent students who were unfortunate to be out of school were killed unjustly. This was 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Those children could have been somebody today. Nobody is talking about them.
But because he shares rice and does empowerment, he is a good man to X people, who don’t even know how his story started.
God doesn’t make mistake. If you know you know.”
