Eno Jerry, the wife of the pastor had taken to her Instagram page where she posted a video of herself jogging while on the street as part of her exercise routine.
Captioning thr post, she wrote:
“So guess what???? I shocked myself today
I jogged for 60 minutes (One hour) NON- STOP and I covered over 5 Miles (over 11,000 steps) wowwwww…. I needed it
And I am reminded once again, that “bodily exercise profiteth little”(1Tim 4:8A).
