In the viral video shared on TikTok by a user identified as outside_with_charlie, the court official presiding over the ceremony announced that she would hand over the marriage certificate to the bride, Jarvis.
Curious about the decision, Peller asked why the certificate would be given to his wife instead of him. In response, the court official explained that it was for the safe keeping of the document, a reason the streamer quickly accepted.
