Self-proclaimed “online police” and controversial personality Martins Vincent Otse, better known as Verydarkman, has posted another video responding to former BBNaija winner Phyna who had accused him of asking her for sexual favours.
In the now-viral clip, VDM said Phyna blocked him on Instagram after making the allegations.
He denied ever asking to be intimate with the former reality TV star, and added that even if he had, he didn’t see it as an issue.
According to him, asking for consent from another single adult who isn’t a minor isn’t scandalous behavior.
He also shared a few details about Phyna, reflecting on their past relationship before they fell out.
VDM recalled that when he was still living in a one-room apartment, he would sometimes help her financially whenever she said she needed it.
At the time, she was fresh off her BBNaija win and picking up brand deals here and there, but he said he still stepped in when she reached out.
He expressed disappointment that she would now try to tarnish his reputation with baseless claims.
The video has drawn plenty of reactions online. One that stood out came from Davido’s personal logistics manager, Israel DMW who took a swipe at Phyna over her allegations.
He commented: “FOR TOTO WEY DEY SMELL. YOU REALLY GET TIME DEY REPLY NONSENSE.”
