Nigerian disc jockey, Tunez has broken his silence following the reported altercation between him and Burna Boy at Obi’s house in Lagos.
Recall that videos showing the moment Dj Tunez punched Burna Boy which subsequently resulted in a fierce exchange went viral online.
One of the clips showed a man believed to be Tunez being hit randomly while on the floor as some people tried to intervene.
Taking to his official X (formerly Twitter) account, DJ Tunez shared a series of posts addressing the incident, offering his side of the story.
In his statements, he accused Burna Boy of attacking him unexpectedly, claiming the singer struck him from behind.
“THIS NIGGA BURNA BOY!
ALL SIGNS OF WEAKNESS!
FIRST OFF ….. YOU HIT ME IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD WITHOUT ME LOOKING!
THATS SOME SUCKA SHIT MY BOY!”
He further alleged that the confrontation involved multiple individuals, stating that he was outnumbered but still stood his ground during the clash.
“1 VS 10 AND I STOOD MY GROUND. THAT’S WHY YOU COLLECTED AS WELL, WHEN I DEFENDED MYSELF.”
