Afrobeats superstar Davido has reacted to Ozonna Soludo’s latest Instagram post, leaving three clapping emojis in the comment section.
This happened briefly after the governor’s son became the subject of widespread online discussion surrounding a family milestone he appeared not to attend.
The singer’s latest interaction further highlights the online friendship that has gradually developed between him and Ozonna in recent months, with Davido regularly showing support and engaging with posts shared by the young internet personality.
Oduko Soludo’s Graduation Milestone
On Thursday, 23 July, Anambra State Governor Charles Soludo, his wife Nonye, and their other children were present at the University of Nottingham as they celebrated the graduation of their daughter, Oduko.
Oduko graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Neuroscience, an academically demanding discipline, marking a major achievement that became a proud moment for the Soludo family.
Pictures shared from the ceremony showed the governor and his family members celebrating together as they marked the significant occasion at one of the United Kingdom’s leading universities.
However, Ozonna was noticeably missing from the family photographs taken during the graduation ceremony.
The governor’s son, who has gained a dedicated following online for his unique fashion choices and outspoken personality, was instead seen engaging with his followers on social media.
At the time his family was celebrating Oduko’s academic achievement, Ozonna shared a video addressing his audience, focusing on the importance of self-worth and encouraging people not to allow the opinions of others to affect their choices.
“Love yourself more, make yourself a priority fucck other people’s opinions. Baby choose you,” he said in the clip.
The timing of Ozonna’s post quickly became a talking point among social media users. The video was published around the same period that members of his family were appearing in graduation photographs in Nottingham.
Davido subsequently reacted to the post with three clapping emojis, drawing even more attention to Ozonna’s message as conversations about the governor’s family continued to gain traction online.
