The Big Brother Naija house turned chaotic last night after an explosive altercation between Faith and Sultana quickly spiraled out of control, shocking both housemates and viewers.
According to clips making rounds online, the heated exchange began when Faith was spotted ordering Sultana to give him the basket she held.
The drama soon escalated as Faith and Sultana traded harsh words.
Amid the heat of things, Faith moved closer to Sultana, swiftly and forcefully grabbed the basket off Sultana’s hand and consequently she lost her balance and fell to the ground.
Some claimed Sultana twisted her ankle in the course of the struggle.
