Nollywood actress, Rachael Okonkwo reacted strongly after her colleague Zubby Michael teased her over her achievements and relationship status.
The moment reportedly occurred on a movie set where she was with Lizzy Gold and other cast members.
In a video that has since gone viral, Zubby jokingly made remarks about her success, pointing out that despite owning several properties and cars, she is still unmarried.
Zubby Michael humorously suggested that her level of success might be intimidating potential partners, adding that it could leave her spending more time in prayer at Shiloh.
However, Rachael responded without hesitation, making it clear that her priorities go beyond financial dependency in relationships.
She explained that she is focused on finding a partner who is already grounded and purposeful.
“The idea is to be purposeful before a man shows up. Where I am coming from is very dark. I am not looking for a poverty alleviation relationship. I want to find a man who has found himself,” she said.
Her response has since sparked reactions online, with many praising her for her confidence and clarity about what she wants in a partner.
