A man identified on the micro-blogging platform, X (formerly Twitter) as @MFaarees has boldly called on all Muslims to cancel US rapper, Nicki Minaj after she spoke about the killing of Christians in Nigeria.
The award-winning hip-hop star made headlines a few hours ago when she spoke on the awful treatment of Christians in Nigeria while condemning the brutal attacks.
While some Nigerians were impressed by the music star’s move, a few others had something different to say.
@MFaarees subsequently took to his X handle where he called for Muslims to cancel Nicki Minaj as soon as possible.
In his post, he averred that a Muslim should have no business listening to, especially songs from someone like Nicki Minaj.
He urged that them to delete her songs and any other thing relating to her immediately.
Captioning the post, he wrote:
“As a Muslim, you have no business listening to music, especially from someone like Nicki Minaj. Even if you do, now is the right time to delete everything concerning her from your life!
CANCEL NICKI MINAJ NOW!”
