Investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo has shared an update on the condition of socialite Sam Larry following reports of his involvement in a serious road accident.
According to Olunloyo, the crash occurred on the coastal road and left Sam Larry in critical condition.
She said information from a trusted source indicated that doctors were battling to save his life and were considering amputating both of his legs because of the severity of his injuries.
She added that she had not received confirmation on whether the procedure had been carried out.
Olunloyo also claimed that Sam Larry sustained severe head injuries and suffered a broken neck in the accident.
She explained that such injuries could be life-threatening and require urgent medical attention.
The journalist further alleged that Sam Larry was the only survivor among the occupants of the vehicle based on the information available to her shortly after the crash.
She noted, however, that she could not independently verify whether anyone else later survived.
While discussing the incident, Olunloyo advised motorists against speeding on wet roads, explaining that hydroplaning can cause vehicles to lose control and crash.
She concluded by expressing hope that Sam Larry recovers, saying she was still awaiting further updates from her source on his condition.
