Media personality and Celestial Church of Christ shepherd, Kunle Hamilton of Praiseville Global, has shared his views on Big Brother Naija Season 10 and its winner, Imisi.
Imisi’s victory had stirred reactions, including a video showing Celestial Church members supporting her win.
In a new video circulating online, Hamilton described the reality show as a “swimming pool of sin” that promotes copying other people’s lifestyles.
He said that while he would personally congratulate Imisi if he had her phone number, he would not do so publicly.
Hamilton also noted that Imisi could continue to prosper if she maintains her Christian mindset.
Kunle Hamilton criticized clergy members who publicly congratulated Big Brother Naija Season 10 winner, Imisi.
He argued that, given the content of the reality show, no one should publicly celebrate its participants.
Hamilton warned that endorsing such shows sends the wrong message to young people, encouraging them to pursue success by any means.
This follows reports and videos showing that, in addition to reacting to her win, many Celestial Church members actively campaigned for and supported Imisi.
Recall that the reality star had emerged the winner of the BBNaija season 10 edition, bagging home 120M Naira award prize.
