Media personality Ifedayo Olarinde, popularly known as Daddy Freeze, recently celebrated his 50th birthday, and a video from the party has stirred reactions online.
One of the clips from the event captured the moment content creator Peller reacted after noticing Daddy Freeze posing with Jarvis during a photo session.
In the viral video, Daddy Freeze was seen standing beside Jarvis while taking pictures and at one point placed his hand around her waist.
Peller, who appeared to be watching from a distance, quickly walked over to them and removed Daddy Freeze’s hand before positioning himself between the pair.
Despite the awkward moment, the atmosphere remained calm as Daddy Freeze later tapped Peller on the shoulder and the trio continued posing for more photographs.
The media personality eventually asked Jarvis to move behind while he stood at the centre.
The clip has since sparked mixed reactions across social media. While some people joked that Peller appeared insecure and overly possessive, others defended him, saying he was simply being protective of Jarvis.
A number of viewers also argued that Daddy Freeze crossed a boundary by holding her around the waist during the pictures.
Peller has often been described by fans as protective of Jarvis. Days earlier, he publicly accused his former friend Jo Blaq of allegedly trying to get close to Jarvis behind his back after being asked to deliver a love letter.
