Media personality, Kola Olootu has shared a fresh update regarding the assassination of the NURTW Organising Secretary, Toba Ajiboye Ijaya.
In one of his broadcasts, he revealed that on the day Toba Ijaya died, he had a brief moment with a vulcaniser who often fixes his car.
According to Olootu, Toba Ijaya generously gave the vulcaniser 4,000 naira before continuing his journey.
However, when Toba Ijaya left, the vulcaniser recorded a voice note saying ‘he is coming, be at alert’. It was further revealed that he (vulcaniser) mistakenly sent the recorded VN to a different number before quickly deleting it.
The recipient however listened to the voice note before the vulcaniser eventually deleted it.
The voice note has now triggered suspicion due to the timing and the vulcaniser’s actions.
Kola Olootu noted that after the vulcaniser accidentally sent the voice note, it wasn’t up to 10 minutes before Toba Ijaya’s death report emerged.
