A lady who attended the Coachella Valley Music and arts Festival in Indio California, gave a comment about the reactions of the audience towards Nigerian artists.
In a video shared on TikTok, the lady who claimed to have witnessed the performance of Wizkid and Tems at the concert shared her candid observation.
According to her, the reactions of the audience when the Nigerian music stars joined Justin Bieber on stage was a bit off.
She noted that the American audience are not use to ‘Afrobeats’ vibe, noting that at first, the crowd where in a gyrating moment until Wizkid and Tems showed up on stage along side with Justin Bieber, then the whole crowd became quiet as if the singers where not recognised.
Her video went viral on Tiktok and this brought about different comments from fans expecially from Nigeria.
