Nigerian musician and songwriter, Chike-Ezekpeazu Osebuka, popularly known as Chike, has continued to trend amid the controversy linking him to Sandra Onyenucheya, the ex-wife of media personality Frank Edoho.
For over a week, the singer has been at the centre of rumours alleging that he was involved in an affair with Sandra during her marriage to the Nigerian TV host.
Speculation online further claimed that the alleged relationship contributed to the collapse of Frank Edoho’s marriage.
However, in a post shared on his Instagram page, Chike appeared unfazed by the ongoing controversy as he attended a performance at an undisclosed location.
A video from the event captured the singer performing in the rain, an experience he revealed was a first for him.
While entertaining the crowd, a man was seen holding an umbrella over him as he continued singing despite the weather.
During the performance, Chike also encouraged fans to add the video to their cart, adding a lighthearted touch to the moment.
Reacting in the comment section of the post, Chike simply responded with “wahala,” a reaction that quickly caught the attention of fans.
In the background of the video, his hit song Running to You could be heard playing, adding to the moment.
A notable part of the track, where he sings, “Anybody wey wan fight you, they already know,” was also featured in the clip.

Recall that Sandra had earlier addressed rumours linking her romantically to Chike. In her post, she maintained that she had the right to date anyone she chose while also making serious allegations against her ex-husband.
Meanwhile, a voice note allegedly belonging to Frank Edoho also made rounds online, with the media personality reportedly explaining the steps he took after suspecting that his wife was involved with the singer.
