A man who goes by the name TheGospelSheriff on TikTok has uncovered some disturbing facts about the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo.
In an eye-opening video shared online, TheGospelSheriff pointed out that during many of Bishop David Oyedepo’s sermons, he often speaks highly of Kenneth Copeland, the American televangelist and founder of Eagle Mountain International Church, whom he appears to admire greatly.
The video featured several clips from Oyedepo’s past sermons where he consistently referenced Kenneth Copeland as a role model, especially in relation to Christian ministry and leadership.
According to the video, Kenneth Copeland, whom Oyedepo frequently mentions, is regarded as one of the richest pastors in the world, with an estimated net worth of over $300 million.
Aside from being a wealthy preacher with luxurious assets such as private jets, expensive cars, and massive properties, Kenneth Copeland was also portrayed in the video as a controversial figure known for unusual behavior during sermons. Some clips showed him shouting intensely on the pulpit and making statements like, “God is the biggest loser in the Bible.”
The video also highlighted some of Copeland’s controversial remarks over the years, including his claim that he avoids flying on commercial planes because he does not want to be “in a tube with a bunch of demons.”
Furthermore, another clip showed him allegedly cutting his palm with a knife and dropping blood into a cup that was later used as holy communion for members of his church.
According to the claims made in the video, one of Kenneth Copeland’s core teachings is that church members must pay their tithes in order to receive blessings from God.
After uncovering these controversial and disturbing details about Kenneth Copeland, many people online have begun questioning how Pastor David Oyedepo could openly admire and idolize such an individual.
