Nigerian TikTok streamer Peller is mourning the death of blogger and fellow content creator Hushbobby, who reportedly died shortly after undergoing surgery.
The sad development emerged on Thursday, September 17, 2026, after an emotional video of Peller discussing the incident circulated on X.
In the footage, the visibly distressed streamer recounted how he was initially informed that the operation had been successful, only to receive devastating news the following morning.
Peller appeared shaken as he spoke about the circumstances surrounding Hushbobby’s death and expressed his frustration with the hospital and the medical personnel involved.
Peller says he paid N1.5m for surgery
According to Peller, he personally covered the cost of Hushbobby’s surgery.
He said the medical bill amounted to N1.5 million, adding that he was willing to spend considerably more if that was what it would take to help his associate receive treatment.
Peller stated that he would have been prepared to provide as much as N10 million had the hospital requested the amount.
However, the content creator was left questioning the circumstances surrounding Hushbobby’s death, particularly after he had reportedly been told that the surgery had gone well.

“Why did they request the money when they know they wouldn’t be able to save his life?”
