What was supposed to be a private exchange at Peller’s wedding has turned into one of the most discussed moments from the entire event, and content creator Nons Miraj is the one everyone is talking about.
A video making the rounds online captured Nons Miraj seated next to Gregory, the American guest who flew into Nigeria solely to attend the wedding and stunned everyone by presenting Peller with a whopping $20,000 USD as a gift on the day.
The two found themselves sharing a table and a meal when the moment that sparked all the conversation unfolded. At some point during the recording, Nons Miraj was seen leaning over and typing something into Gregory’s phone.
She handed it back to him once she was done, then threw a quick glance toward the camera, seemingly checking whether anyone had picked up on what had just happened.
With the phone back in Gregory’s possession, both of them resumed eating without missing a beat, as if the exchange had never taken place.
Their unbothered demeanour only fuelled the curiosity of those watching online.
