Nollywood actress Annie Idibia has appeared to dismiss speculation that she has reconciled with her estranged husband, music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba.
The speculation spread across social media on Friday, July 17, 2026, after an old video showing the former couple looking affectionate together at a nightclub resurfaced and began making the rounds online.
On her official Instagram page, Annie shared a fresh post that featured a clearly visible date stamp, a move many interpreted as an effort to show that the content was current and to clear up confusion surrounding the circulating clip.
Her hairstyle in the newly posted video also differed from the one seen in the old nightclub footage that had sparked the reunion rumours.
It will be recalled that the couple, who share two daughters, announced the end of their relationship in January 2025 after spending more than a decade together.
Since then, 2Baba has moved on and is now married to Edo state lawmaker Natasha Osawaru. Annie has also openly stated that she is a single woman raising her children.
