A deeply moving video has surfaced online showing the uncle of late actor Alexx Ekubo paying an emotional tribute as the family prepared to lay him to rest.

The clip was shared on TikTok by @biggkenny, who accompanied the post with a caption explaining what transpired.
According to the poster, the actor’s uncle welcomed his nephew’s remains with tears, expressing his pain over what he described as an untimely death. He also took time to recognize and appreciate the unwavering support shown by the actor’s friends, even after his passing.
During the tribute, the grieving uncle recalled a moment from years ago when Alexx Ekubo had returned to the same family compound to receive his grandmother.
Reflecting on those memories, he lamented that the actor’s life had been cut short. He noted that the compound still carried reminders of Alexx’s childhood, including memories of him playing football there as a young boy.
The emotional tribute continued as he offered words of sympathy before acknowledging some of the actor’s closest associates.
