Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has sparked reactions online after quietly responding to a viral post involving her former husband, Ned Nwoko.
The actress drew attention after she liked an Instagram post shared by Instablog9ja concerning comments Ned Nwoko made about his experience in the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries.

During an interview on Prime Time, the senator opened up about internal party arrangements and alleged promises made to him before he joined the APC.
According to Nwoko, some politicians who defected into the party were initially assured of inclusion in leadership positions and government appointments by the party’s former national chairman.
He explained that discussions were expected regarding the structure of the party and a possible power-sharing arrangement, but claimed those promises were never fulfilled.
In his words, he and others were allegedly informed that the state executive would be dissolved and nominations made to help old APC members gain influence within the government, but he said that process never happened.
Senator Claims He Was Promised Automatic Ticket
Nwoko further claimed he was assured of an automatic ticket before officially joining the APC.
According to him, the promise later changed when he was required to participate in the party’s regular competitive primary election process.
The senator questioned why he would have defected without securing guarantees about his political future.
He also maintained that he had evidence showing he won in several wards despite the controversies surrounding the primary election outcome.
