A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to lament over her experience after arriving at the venue of gospel singer, Dunsin Oyekan’s Upper Room programme in Lagos State.
In her post on TikTok, the lady, identified as @miss.ruruu, revealed that she arrived at the venue of the programme by 3:35 pm but was forced to go back home because everywhere was already full.
The lady added that she has been attending previous editions of Upper Room but the crowd at this year’s edition was enormous.
She suggested that the publicity for the programme was obviously what caused it as she used to arrive at 4:45 pm and still get a seat.
The programme took place on Sunday, 22nd March 2026 at Trinity Towers, Chief Yesufu Abiodun Oniru Rd, Maroko, Lagos State.
Sharing a video of the crowded venue and herself in a car heading home, she wrote:
“Me omw back home after getting to upper room by 3:35 and everywhere was full and overflowing.”
“mind you I’ve been going to upper room since balmoral days and today’s crowd is the highest I’ve seen. Please the publicity is too much ah. I literally used to come by 4:45 before and still find a place to sit. Even the overflow was full!”
