Nigerian content creator Kamo State has responded to those who doubted his debut cinema project after veteran actor Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD, showed his support for the movie.
RMD featured in a skit created to promote Kamo State’s upcoming film, Star Lomo, in a move that appeared to surprise some of the creator’s critics.
Kamo State reacts to RMD’s support
Kamo State shared the promotional video on Instagram on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, alongside a caption that revealed he had previously been told that RMD would not promote his movie.
“I was told he won’t promote my film,” Kamo State wrote.
He followed the statement with a message appreciating the veteran actor for supporting the project.
“Thank you sir @mofedamijo.”
