A lady identified on TikTok as The Feminist Lens has countered Pastor Dolapo Lawal’s sermon.
Taking to her handle, she shared a video where the Pastor reiterated the authority a man has over his wife.
In the clip, Dolapo Lawal noted that if God directs a woman to undertake a project and her husband kicks against it, she’s wrong if she still goes ahead to do it.
The Pastor further told a story about a woman who went against her husband’s wish to undertake a project she claims God told her to do and subsequently met grave consequences.
Reacting to this, the lady opposed Dolapo Lawal’s teachings, asking if husbands are now superior to God.
She asked why God would deliberately put a woman in a conflicting position between him (God) and her husband.
She vehemently stated that the message preached by the pastor was exuding confusion in all aspects.
