A man has given a vivid account of the killings that occurred in Jos, Plateau State.
Recall that gunmen attacked Angwan Rukuba, a community in Jos North Local Government Area, on the night of Sunday, March 29 2026.
Speaking, the man noted that the tragic incident happened around 7pm – 8pm as the Christians were celebrating Palm Sunday.
He explained that some armed men suddenly alighted from a car and opened fire on people, resulting in numerous deaths.
He added that any other report that contradicts his own is a lie as he reiterated the authenticity of his claim.
Speaking on the number of people who died, he disclosed that they’re 30 in total; 28 Christians and 2 Muslims.
The man lamented the curfew imposed by the government, noting that they have to now suffer the consequences of the hoodlums’ actions.
