A recent video from Yvonne Jegede’s 20 years in Nollywood celebration has stirred massive reactions online after it captured Natasha, the wife of legendary Nigerian singer 2Baba, following him closely throughout the event, a behaviour many Nigerians have now described as obsessive.
During the clip, the MC invited 2Baba on stage to join the celebrant in cutting the cake.
As the singer was about to stand up, a lady who watched the clip averred that she noticed Natasha who sat right behind him, whispering:
“I have to come with you,” before walking with him to the stage.

Another clip from the same event sparked even more conversation. 2Baba was taking pictures with the female MC, and Natasha positioned herself directly behind him like a bodyguard.
While he continued posing for the camera, Natasha tapped him on the arm, and 2Baba immediately left the scene with her right behind him.
The videos triggered a wave of mixed opinions online. Some viewers described Natasha’s behaviour as obsessive, saying she didn’t give 2Baba a moment alone. Others joked that she is a wife, manager, bouncer, and security officer—all in one.
