Nollywood star Mercy Johnson made a touching gesture for Regina Daniels by sending a black pickup truck filled with branded gift boxes to the actress’s newly acquired residence in Abuja on July 8.
The video captured the moment the pickup truck entered Regina’s compound, carrying a large collection of neatly arranged branded boxes.
Seeing the unexpected delivery, the actress burst into excitement, repeatedly jumping with joy before immediately reaching for her phone to call Mercy Johnson.
During their conversation, Regina became overcome with emotion. She broke down in tears, knelt on the ground, and repeatedly expressed her gratitude to the veteran actress, affectionately calling her “mummy” while appreciating her for doing much more than she had asked for.
What Regina Daniels said about the surprise
Regina Daniels explained that all she had requested from Mercy Johnson was a television for her new home in Abuja.
Instead of receiving only the TV she mentioned, Mercy Johnson exceeded her expectations with a much bigger surprise. Sharing the experience on Instagram, Regina wrote:
“Everyone!!! Permit me to show off how spoilt I am 🤭. Short story: So I told my mama @mercyjohnsonokojie that I want a tv for my new home in Abuja. And as always, mama went extra mile to put a smile on my face 🥹… kaiii!! My Queennnnn!! I love youyuuu!!! May I never be a part of anything that will cause you pain ma.”
She added:
“Omo!!! Mummyyyy I’m tired of shouting I love youuyl but that seems to be the only words my heart speaks. Thank youuuu my LEGEND.”
Mercy Johnson also responded beneath the post with:
“🩸 love you. 🐱🥰”
