Throwback pictures of Nigerian comedian Mark Angel and his recently married wife have resurfaced online, sparking fresh conversations and assumptions across social media.
In a recent video shared by an Instagram user identified as ijeomadaisy, old photos of Mark Angel and his current partner were displayed, showing that the two appeared quite close even before they eventually decided to tie the knot.
It is no longer news that on May 31st, 2026, Mark Angel and his new wife held a traditional wedding ceremony in Ikeduru, Imo State, where the comedian and YouTuber remarried following the collapse of his previous marriage.
These old pictures of him and his new wife have, however, created a new narrative online, with some suggesting that the lady may have been his first love before he went on to marry his former wife.
Their visible closeness in the resurfaced images has fueled further speculation and debate on social media.
Meanwhile, a video involving Mark Angel’s ex-wife has also triggered reactions online after she opened up about her experience during their marriage.
She alleged that her ex-husband would body shame her during intimacy and later tell his friends that she was a bad cook. According to her, she eventually resorted to undergoing surgery in an attempt to please him.
