An X user identified as @jodambusta has spilled why the Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen picked up a yellow card after scoring against Tunisia.
The Super Eagles faced Tunisia on Saturday, 27th December in the AFCON competition and notably, Victor Osimhen opened the scoring with a crucial header.
However, the celebrations went a bit south after Osimhen was issued a yellow card immediately after putting the West African giants ahead.
Judging by what was seen during the match, Osimhen was seen yelling before he got punished by the referee.
According to @jodambusta, the striker was handed a card due to the fact that he insulted someone on the bench after scoring.
He further urged the striker to calm down while asking who he was really fighting with?
In his words:
“Osimhen scoring and getting a yellow card cos he chose to celebrate by insulting someone on the bench. He needs to chill man. Who was he fighting with?”
