Nollywood actress, Sarah Martins recently reshared a post made by an Instagram user @iamdrbea on her Instagram story, debunking rumors about her (Sarah Martins) arrest.
The post addressed false reports that had circulated, claiming Martins was arrested by the Kick Against Indiscipline (KAI) for cooking on the streets of Lekki.
In her post, the lady clarified that Sarah Martins was never arrested and expressed her frustration with the news outlets and blogs that published the misleading information.
She accused the media of engaging in poor journalism, stating that such reports were damaging to Nigerians and misleading the public.
The lady called out the platforms responsible for spreading the rumors, accusing them of spreading fake news.
Sarah Martins simply added weight to the statement by reposting it on her story.
