Afrobeat queen Tiwa Savage has shared her experience in one of her failed relationships with her fans.
The music star, who recently featured on Habeeb Olalomi (aka Portable’s signee), song appeared on the Joe Burden Network, where she spoke about her life and career.
According to Tiwa Savage, she once dated a public figure who disrespected her a lot. She revealed that he would tell her not to make their relationship public.
However, the same public figure would be seen at events with her, rubbing shoulders with others and even kissing them, while signaling to her that he didn’t want their relationship to be known.
At first, Tiwa Savage hesitated to speak about her past relationship, fearing the person might be watching the video, but later decided to go ahead and share her story.
Fans of the music star reacted to her interview, suggesting that Wizkid might be the public figure she was referring to, given their past relationship.
They criticized Wizkid for his behavior and called it pride. Some fans also noted that her other public figure lovers were not as well known.
Others reflected on the fact that if the music star who recently shared a post about her son can be treated in such a way despite being rich and famous, they wondered what the fate of less-known people would be in similar situations.
