While sharing a video of the revered cleric, Olubakin explained that the encounter marked the closest physical proximity he has had to Pastor Adeboye since an earlier life-changing moment when he believes God led him to him during a midnight encounter in a bush.

According to Olubakin, the opportunity was made possible through the intervention of Pastor Jerry Eze, for which he expressed heartfelt gratitude.

Olubakin concluded by emphasizing humility and gratitude, stating that all glory for the moment and his aspirations ultimately belongs to God.

Captioning the video, he wrote:

“Tonight is the closest I have gotten to Daddy Adeboye since the time the Lord led me to him in that bush that midnight and it was Pastor @realjerryeze that graciously brought me here and I am so grateful.

I couldn’t get my eyes off him. I watched him pray under his breath all through the time.

I was telling the Lord to use me too for his glory and make me a vessel in his hands.

He told me to look at Abraham whom he has called. I said Lord I can see Abraham clearly. Use me too. Use me to wipe away the tears from the faces of your children. Help me too.

I will return all the glory to you.”
