Nollywood actress cum Evangelist, Tonto Dikeh has reacted to backlashes over her message to her ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill on Mother’s Day.
Recall that the actress ignited a buzz online after she took to her Instagram story to page a heartmelting note for her ex.
Sharing a clip of her bonding with her son, she appreciated Churchill for making her a mother and wished his mother well too.
Subsequently, Tonto Dikeh’s post was met with a barrage of comments from netizens who were excitement by her post and others who criticized her move.
Reacting to the online jabs, the actress justified her actions while sending a strong message to detractors.
She wrote:
“Doing to much? For the only man who has put a child in me? The world is truly a sick place and Im grateful I don’t let your opinions direct me.
When e reach your turn dont thank them.
How wld you understand the meaning of joy/peace that makes no sense, how wld you understand healthy Co-parenting, if I dont show you all..”
