Pastor Dolapo Lawal, the lead pastor of Zoe Household Global, recently drew attention online after sharing a video from his visit to the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
The short clip, posted on Wednesday, March 4, showed the moment Pastor Lawal arrived for the meeting and was escorted into the office by Leke Adeboye, the son of the renowned cleric.
In the video, Pastor Lawal appeared visibly excited as he entered the room. Upon seeing the respected RCCG leader, he prostrated in greeting before kneeling down to exchange a handshake with Pastor Adeboye.
Sharing the moment on his official Instagram page, Pastor Lawal expressed appreciation for the opportunity to meet the influential preacher.
In his caption, he thanked Leke Adeboye for facilitating the meeting and described the encounter as one of the most memorable moments of the year so far, adding that it reflected a season of great grace.
He wrote:
“Thank you so much Pastor @lekeadeboye Yesterday was the highlight of my year so far.
It’s a season of Great Grace.”
The meeting also highlighted the strong tradition of mentorship within Nigerian Pentecostal Christianity. Pastor Adeboye, who has led the RCCG for decades, is widely regarded as a spiritual mentor to many younger pastors and church leaders across Nigeria and beyond.
Pastor Lawal, whose ministry operates in both Nigeria and the United States, is considered one of the emerging voices among younger Pentecostal leaders with a growing international following.

A social media user drew the attention of netizens to the fact that Pastor E.A Adeboye pulled an uncommon stunt by slightly bowing when he also saw Lawal; a sight that melted hearts.
