A viral post has stirred reactions across social media after it claimed that Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage was expecting a child with music producer and singer Young Jonn.
The allegation quickly gained traction online, with many linking it to the duo’s 2023 collaboration, Stamina, and speculating about a possible off-screen relationship.
The claim further suggested that the singer made the revelation during a recent interview, leaving fans curious and eager to confirm if there was any truth behind the rumours.
For a moment, the story sparked intense discussion, with many wondering if their musical chemistry had evolved into something more personal.
However, a closer look at the video attached to the viral post tells a completely different story.
Contrary to the circulating narrative, the footage showed Tiwa Savage reflecting on a past period in her life, including the criticism she faced in 2021 due to her leaked video and her experiences as a mother.
At no point did she mention being pregnant or reference Young Jonn in that context.
Instead, the singer spoke about her personal growth and her bond with her son, Jamil, following her 2018 divorce from music executive Tunji Balogun.
As the rumour continued to spread, neither Tiwa Savage nor Young Jonn spoken up regarding the claim.
With no supporting evidence and no iota of truth in the video, the story has since been widely dismissed as false.
