A grand celebration took place in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun state, as Nollywood stars gathered to show their love and support for the esteemed actor, Alhaji Abdulsalam Sanyaolu, better known as Charles Olumo Agbako, on the momentous occasion of his 100th birthday party.

The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners in Nigeria (TAMPAN) had pledged to honour the living legend, ensuring that his centenary birthday was commemorated in a truly special way.  As a result, Abeokuta witnessed a joyous influx of Nollywood veterans and members of the Ogun State chapter of TAMPAN, all coming together to pay tribute to Charles Olumo.

Toyosi Adesanya, Odunlade Adekola, Lere Paimo, Rose Odika, Bolaji Amusan, popularly known as Mr. Latin, Tunde Kelani, Tunbosun Odunsi, Yemi Solade, and many others were among the esteemed guests who graced the celebratory gathering in Abeokuta.
