A Nigerian lady identified as @dfw_mara001 has triggered comments online courtesy of a disturbing video she posted online.
Taking to her TikTok handle, she posted a video of the moment she proceeded to her neighbour’s apartment where loud screams were emanating from.
As she went closer to the apartment, the scream sounded much more intense which caused her to intervene by pleading with the couple to stop.
The lady could be heard urging the man to stop but her pleas seemed to have fallen on deaf ears as the screams heightened in her presence.
Captioning the clip, she hinted at what could be going on inside the house by sending a message to women, asserting that marriage isn’t an award.
She advised that women should learn to leave when thing go south, emphasizing that they must prioritize themselves over what people would say.
Sharing the video, she wrote:
“Dear women marriage is not an award, please learn to leave when you are suppose to leave, don’t stay in an abusive home because of what society will say you should be your number one priority.”
