Latz and Sina Ghami, close friends/trainers of Anthony Joshua who lost their lives in the recent fatal accident were laid to rest today, 4th January 2026.
The duo unfortunately died in a car crash in Nigeria on 29th December 2025 at Lagos-Ibadan Expressway but Anthony Joshua and his driver survived.
Their remains were subsequently flown back to the UK for the funeral which took place today and as expected, several videos from the sorrowful event have emerged online.
However, attention have tilted towards a video of Anthony Joshua giving someone a hug at the funeral. What sparked comments in the clip was the fact that the boxer appeared to be smiling during the interaction.
TikTok users who watched the clip speedily took to the comment section to share their thoughts, while majority interpreted his countenance as odd, others maintained that people grief differently, insisting that he ought not to be putting on a sad look always.
