Relationship expert Blessing Okoro Nkiruka, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has found herself at the centre of fresh online discussion after activist VeryDarkMan questioned her claim that she is battling stage 4 breast cancer.
The online brouhaha followed her emotional video appeal on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in which she said she had been diagnosed with advanced breast cancer, cut her hair, and appealed for support as she prepared for treatment.
VeryDarkMan later weighed in, saying he was not convinced by her story.
He argued that she had not shown hospital records or other proof to support the diagnosis, and he linked his doubts to her past controversies.
He also warned that serious health matters should not be used to attract attention or donations.
Blessing CEO then responded, saying people were judging her through the lens of her past.
She maintained that her medical information is private and said she could only share documents with trustworthy people who genuinely wanted to help.
She added that friends abroad were helping verify her condition and looking into treatment options.
She also explained that her post was not meant as a cash grab, but as an honest moment of vulnerability after receiving the heartbreaking news.
